Initial Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation
Our 60 minute initial session is for us to get to know each other better and for me to better understand your health history, current relationship with food, body, and health, and to establish some goals to get you on track to your balanced and best self. Wherever you are in your health and fitness journey, this option is for you!
Monthly Meal Plan
If you are looking for some structure in your health journey and need a little push in the right direction - this is for you! My individualized meal plans are specifically curated with all of your health, fitness and lifestyle goals in mind. Talk to me about any dietary restrictions, health conditions and diagnoses, allergies and lifestyle habits and leave the rest to me.
Revamp
If you are looking for a little bit more than just an initial consultation - the Revamp program is for you. We'll discuss your health, nutrition and fitness goals, establish any struggles or challenges you may be facing and come up with your individualized plan. With this plan you will also receive an individualized meal plan and a 30 minute follow up to assess your progress and dive even deeper.
