Christina Constantinou, MA, RD, LDN

Hi - I'm Christina! I spend my days practicing at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in New York as a clinical dietitian but my passion lies in supporting others in taking control of their overall health.

Whether you are looking for assistance with weight loss, a way to ditch the constant dieting, someone to keep you on track of your already established journey, or just need a professional helping hand to guide you through the overwhelming world of health and nutrition, I am here to help.

I know all too well how much of life is missed when we aren’t living in accordance to our true authentic selves. So no matter where you may be in your health journey, let me alleviate some of the stress you may be feeling, and let's make a plan that helps you be your truest self each and every day.

The Philosophy

You are not what you eat. In our diet-obsessed culture it is easy to feel there is a one-size-fits-all answer to your health goals. We have reached a point where we ignore our bodies internal cues and feel as though we need external rules to dictate our eating habits and decisions. I help clients dig deeper and develop a plan that works best for them, taking every little detail into consideration.

My mission is to simplify the overarching idea of health and wellness and guide you on whatever your health journey may be. I strive to navigate building a healthy relationship with your body and food and help you overcome anything that may be standing in the way of that.
